By using RepUp you agree to these terms. Please read the safety section properly — it is the part that matters most.

Who can use RepUp

You must be 18 or over. You must give accurate information about yourself, including your level and your gender, because other people rely on it to decide whether to meet you.

What RepUp is

RepUp introduces people who want to train or play sport together. It is not a dating service, and using it to look for romantic or sexual contact is a breach of these terms.

We introduce people. We do not employ, vet, verify, supervise or endorse anyone on the app, and we are not a party to anything you arrange with another member.

Meeting people — read this

You arrange and attend sessions entirely at your own risk. Sport carries a real risk of injury, and meeting someone you do not know carries other risks.

• Meet in a public venue, especially the first time.
• Tell someone you trust where you are going.
• Judge your own fitness and any injury honestly, and stop if something hurts.
• We do not verify identity, fitness, qualifications or insurance.

To the fullest extent the law allows, RepUp is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a session you arrange, from another member's conduct, or from your own physical condition. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

How you must behave

• Treat people with respect. Turn up when you say you will.
• No harassment, unwanted contact, sexual advances, threats or violence.
• No pretending to be someone else, and no photos that are not of you.
• No using RepUp to sell, recruit or promote without our agreement.
• Respect the same-gender rules and anyone's same-gender-only preference.

Ratings, and when an account is removed

After a session you each confirm whether the other turned up and give a rating. Normal ratings stay hidden until you both rate or seven days pass.

You will be taken out of discovery, and may be removed entirely, if any of these apply:

• your rating falls below 3.0 across five or more sessions;
• you fail to turn up three or more times in ninety days;
• three or more different partners report the same conduct problem within ninety days;
• there is an open safety report about you.

A safety report — unwanted touching, inappropriate comments or advances, threats, violence, or someone feeling unsafe — immediately blocks you from that member, closes the match, and holds you out of discovery until a person has reviewed it. We may remove an account permanently and without notice where someone's safety requires it.

Your content

Your photos and words remain yours. You give us permission to show them inside RepUp so the app can work. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
