Safety
If something happened in a session that worried you, report it in the app — open the match, choose Report, and say what happened. Safety reports go to a person, not a queue, and they block the other member and close the match straight away.
If you are in immediate danger, contact the Saudi emergency services on 911 first.
Common things
- No sign-in email? Check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived, write to us and we will sort it.
- Delete your account: Settings, then Delete Account. This removes your profile, photos, matches and messages.
- Hide your photo: Settings, then turn on hiding your photo until you match.
- Same-gender matching only: Settings. Gym matching is always same gender.
- Wrong level? Edit it in your profile. Being honest about your level is what makes the matching work.

السلامة
إن حدث في الموعد ما أقلقك، أبلغ عنه داخل التطبيق — افتح التطابق، اختر إبلاغ، واذكر ما حدث. بلاغات السلامة تصل إلى شخص حقيقي، لا إلى قائمة انتظار، وتحظر العضو الآخر وتغلق التطابق فوراً.
إن كنت في خطر مباشر، اتصل بالطوارئ على ٩١١ أولاً.
أمور شائعة
- لم تصلك رسالة الدخول؟ تحقق من مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوبة. وإن لم تصل، راسلنا وسنحلها.
- حذف الحساب: الإعدادات، ثم حذف الحساب. هذا يزيل ملفك وصورك وتطابقاتك ورسائلك.
- إخفاء صورتك: الإعدادات، ثم فعّل إخفاء الصورة حتى حدوث التطابق.
- المطابقة مع نفس الجنس فقط: الإعدادات. والمطابقة في النادي دائماً مع نفس الجنس.
- المستوى غير صحيح؟ عدّله في ملفك. الصدق في المستوى هو ما يجعل المطابقة تعمل.
